almost caramelized
I love caramelized onions. If only I was patient enough to actually make them. I wanted caramelized onions and fennel for this pizza but ended up with not quite caramelized. Oh well it still had good flavor. Here are the toppings...
- root vegetable marinara (from the freezer)
- almost caramelized onions and fennel
- fresh from the farm arugula (yeah it is farm season)
- passed the nutritional yeast and red pepper flakes at the table
